Our aim is to source the best seasonal harvests, only selecting small lots from independent growers. We roast to highlight the dynamic flavours naturally found within our coffees.

Round Hill Roastery was founded by Eddie Twitchett in 2012, after he fell in love with a natural processed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. It was this singular, landmark espresso that inspired Eddie to start roasting his own coffee, hoping to provide others with the same unique experience.
