Round Hill Roastery Opens For Business
The night was set many months ago. The rain fell hard all night and the espresso flowed in equal measures. The party was to celebrate all the support and hard work from friends and family during the planning and building of the roastery.

Week 11: This week in the roastery our espresso machine was installed. We have chosen to use an Aurelia. This machine is extremely simple to use and is the perfect platform to taste test our coffee. We will be using this set up for in house training and Barista workshops. Please contact us at info@roundhillroastery.com
Week 10: What a view from the office.
Week 10: After much pushing and lifting, the roasters are in their new home.
Week 9: The Roasters arrive from Giesen.
Week 8: Up goes the chimney. The roasters are built and are arriving in Radstock on the 29th of May. Exciting times at the roastery.
Week 6: Building the espresso work bench. We sourced this lovely piece of solid French Oak, it shall be sanded down and lightly varnished ready for the arrival of the WBC Spec La Simonelli Aurelia.
